BREAST LIFT AND REDUCTION

Very often after pregnancy, giving birth and breastfeeding, youthfully bouncy and high breasts atrophy, become flat, the nipple droops down. If there is too little gland tissue left, the woman is advised to have an implant placed (usually below they greater breast muscle) and during the same surgery to have the breast lifted. After such an operation there is a slight scar around the nipple only or around the nipple and vertically down.  When there is enough gland tissue (breast  size B-C), a more bouncy and higher breast is formed from the same gland, the nipple being lifted to the level of middle of the crank web. There remains a slight scar around the nipple (the nipple is reduced to the necessary size – 42 mm in diameter) and vertically down (5-6 cm).  Very often the situation is quite the opposite – a woman who suffers from  breasts  that are too big (sizes C, D, E, F). Having consideriation for the woman’s complexion, the form and size of her breasts,  two types of surgery can be offered. Having lifted and reduced medium-size breasts there remains a slight scar around the nipple and vertically down (as in the above mentioned surgeries of breast lift). Having reconstructed big breasts, there remains a slight scar below the nipple, vertically down (5-6 cm) and horizontally below the breast.
